Quarantine keeps us away from many of the people we love, our friends, our relatives, our partners. We miss the kisses, the hugs, the displays of affection or a simple friendly greeting. Now we realize the value of gestures and the pleasant closeness of people.
Before quarantine, you probably did not spend much time at home. The pace of your life kept you out, at work, in the gym, with friends, in meetings, inspections, you got home late to spend a few hours with your loved ones. Today, the hours of living in the quarantine may seem long, but once it ends, you will return to that fast pace of life and the time to be with those you love will again be reduced.
Now that you're home, take the opportunity to be present, enjoy lunch and dinner long, watch movies together, laugh and mourn, compete for a board game, share issues and concerns, take care of each other.
Let's look at the other side of the coin, we are locked up but we are free again from our time and our actions. When the quarantine finally ends, we will return to a better world, we will breathe cleaner air and we will have nature more alive than ever.
After all this time of confinement, after being stranded in an empty city and living between screens, you will be able to travel to the beach once again, be close to the sea and enjoy the sensation of your feet sunk in the sand.
