If you are planning on coming to Tulum with your family, maybe you already know vacation apartments are your best bet. It's going to be like being at home, but on vacation! However, the variety of apartments is astonishing, and there are options for every taste and circumstance. How to choose the best one for your loved ones?

To make sure that everyone is going to feel comfortable, we encourage you to gather information about the place, and what it comprises, as well as the price. In addition, you should also consider these three very important aspects in order to make a good decision.

#### **Location**

Check out if the apartment of your interest is located in a safe area nearby the beach so that going there will be fast and easy.

#### **Amenities**

If there's a swimming pool area for kids in the building, don't let it pass. Your little ones will be very happy.

#### **Services**

Many vacation rentals apps and services only provide accommodation options, while **Happy Address** also offers additional services such as private chef, grocery service, and nannies & babysitting to make your time here more enjoyable.

#### **Commitment**
