Some people believe taking care of themselves and vacation time don’t get along, that calories don’t matter, and even that one can neglect exercising properly because to fully enjoy one’s vacation means to indulge oneself, especially in such an incredible place like the Mayan Riviera. Nevertheless, if you stay in a vacation rental apartment, instead of an all-inclusive resort, you have other options, and those people who are committed to taking care of themselves will be very happy to learn more about them.
### 1. Never skip breakfast
As you may know, **it’s the most important meal of the day**. It will increase your metabolism, and will keep you satisfied longer if it’s a high-protein one, so you won’t experience cravings or overeating later.
### 2. Look for healthy snacks
**Fruits, vegetables, seeds** **and energy bars** are healthy and delicious options that will make you feel with a lot of energy and well being. At **Happy Address** we provide grocery service, so that we can go get those snacks for you.
### 3. Move your body
You will dance at nightclubs, that’s for sure, but you can also enjoy a walk by the beach, swimming in the sea or at your condo’s swimming pool, as well as jogging, or even playing a sport. **At** **Happy Address’ condo hotels** you will find a gym, as well as yoga and TRX room, available for our guests.
### 4. Eat and drink in moderation
Let’s not talk about calories, but for avoiding any ailment, we encourage you to be aware of what and how much you eat and drink. You could also ask for **Happy Address’ private chef service** so that you will be able to eat fresh and healthy delicious food.
As you can see, these are all basic tips for your well being. In addition, if you book a Happy Address vacation rental apartment, keep in mind we provide both the services mentioned above, and additional ones like private spa, so that your vacation will turn out to be a rejuvenating experience of well being. We are waiting for you!
